On subscribing to the Kaesler Wine Club, are agreeing to have your nominated credit card charged for each quarterly delivery.  You will be charged upfront for the first pack plus freight, and you can start enjoying the benefits of membership immediately

Your next pack will be charged approximately 10 days before the next delivery (we will send you an email before this happens).  You can cancel, skip or hold your delivery at any time before then by emailing cellar door at ksales@kaesler.com.au

Cancelling my subscription

You can cancel you subscription at any time before  we charge your credit card for your next delivery.  Just email us at ksales@kaesler.com.au.

I haven’t received my wines. What do I do?

We use Australia Post to deliver your wines to you. If you are not at home to receive your package, Australia Post will leave a note advising you it is being held at your local post office.   Re-delivery of returned packages may incur a delivery fee.

If you choose to pick up from the cellar door each shipment, there is no delivery fee

When we send your wine, we send you a notification email which contains a unique tracking number and link. When you click on this link, and you will be redirected to the Australia Post parcel tracking website which will show you where you wine is. If you still have problems, please call or email us and we will fix the problem.

My wine has arrived and one bottle is broken. What do I do?

It doesn’t happen very often, but on the odd occasion, problems can occur. In the unlikely event that any part of your Kaesler shipment is damaged, please get in contact with us immediately. We’ll either organise a replacement straightaway or credit your account…with our apologies

Is my information and credit card secure?

Kaesler Wines does not physically store your credit card information on file, but use highest level online PCI security systems to hold the details to process your payment. We will never sell your personal information, and we take your privacy very seriously. Please see our privacy policy for more information.

Club Prices

Our prices are based on an average annual member’s discount rate of at least 10% discount.  Although we plan to maintain our prices for as long as possible, unforeseen circumstance mean we do reserve the right to change the price of subscriptions at any time. If we change one of our fixed price packages, we will give you at least 14 days’ notice of any changes.

Responsible service of alcohol.

Kaesler Wines supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol. It is an offence to sell, or supply to, or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. You must be over 18 years of age to order wine. Liquor will not be delivered to an unattended premises and must be signed for by a person over 18 at the time of delivery.


Kaesler has a commitment to privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (CWTH) and the guidelines and policies of the Australian Privacy Commissioner. Kaesler will only use personal information for purposes to which the information is relevant unless the individual has consented to the use of the personal information for another purpose, or its use for another purpose is required or permitted by law. If a person wishes to access their personal information held by Kaesler, or to obtain a copy of this policy in full, or to complain about possible breaches of privacy, inquiries should be directed to ksales@keasler.com.au
